Modality of payment

22. The right of the following recess is however subordinate to conditions:

In case the confection and/or I pack it originates them turn out ruins, Steel to you Pan provvederà Srl to withhold from the reimbursement due one percentage, however not advanced to 10% of the same one, which contribution to restoration expenses.

23. Made eventual expenses of restoration p er damages blank it assesses you to I pack it originates them, Steel Pan provvederà Srl to reimburse to the customer the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods, within 14 days from its I re-enter, through procedure of I avert of the amount debited on the Credit card or average Banking Discount. In this last case, it will be cure of the customer to timely supply the banking coordinates on which to obtain the reimbursement (Cod. ABI - CAB - Account Current of the registered person of the invoice).

 24. The recess right decade totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (confection and/or its content), in the cases in which Steel Pan Srl it assesses:

Guarantees      

 25. All the products sold from www.steelpan.it are covered from the conventional guarantee of the producer and from the guarantee of 24 months for the conformity defects, according to of DL 24/02. In order to make use of the attendance in guarantee, the Customer will have to conserve invoice (or the DDT) that she will receive via email in electronic format pdf.

30.  31. The contract of sale between Cliente and Steel PAN concluded in Italy and regulated Srl s'intende from the Italian Law. For the solution of civil and penal controversies deriving from the conclusion of the contracted present of sale at a distance, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that one of the hole of reference of its common one of residence; in all the other cases, the territorial competence is exclusively that one of the Hole of Naples
